Mt. Airy wedding Photographer | Steve and Shannon
Recently the SMP team traveled to a Mt. Airy Maryland private residence for the wedding of Steve and Shannon. This location was absolutely gorgeous in a private residence, with the most amazing shoe closet I ever did see (no really think Sex in the City) and the bride was just as beautiful with a half up hairstyle and a flattering tea length dress hitting mid calf and absolute perfection for her outdoor ceremony. When we arrived we found the bride finishing up her make up and she quickly got dressed as her ceremony was approaching. We then promptly captured her wedding day details and then got her ready to proceed down the aisle.
Her father brought her down the aisle and gave her to her groom on what may have been one of the hottest days of the summer, but that didn’t stop them from savoring the moment in every way. They shared their vows and the officiant added in a few thoughts from their premarital counseling that really showed this couple was meant to be. Steve and Shannon then exchanged rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife!
During cocktail hour we took all the necessary family formals and as well as some beautiful couples portraits on the charming tree lined lane leading up to the house. Once the bride and groom were announced into their reception the party was started! This wedding spent the entire evening dancing and having a great time! We loved capturing the wedding of Steve and Shannon and we wish them the absolute best and hope they had a great time in Punta Cana and the Dominican!
