When I started my business 12 years ago I quickly realized that there would be times of defeat as well as times of overwhelming joy in your successes. As a mentor and business coach, I have helped other entrepreneurs and small businesses reach their goals and grow their business. As well as create a clear vision of where they and their businesses are headed. I want to be real with you, while helping you overcome your hurdles. I want to offer you support and share the knowledge I have learned in these past years in business that have totally transformed the way I work. Through my use of workflows, procedures, and enhanced client care I have created a business plan that works, and one that I have loved sharing with others. Sharing with others how I have created balance in family and work life has also been a passion of mine. After years of watching my business run me, and feeling like I could never get out from under the work load at my desk, I decided to make a change. It has been the most healthy business change to date and allowed me to both be a better business person and be much more present for my family.
