On an incredibly hot and humid night a few weeks back, I met Mr. & Mrs. Adams, they had recently been married and were unable to get the bridal portraits they were longing for through a different photographer so they reached out to me when they saw my advertisement for “I do, redo” sessions! We planned a day, the make-up and hair was booked, they debuted their wedding day attire for the second time and met me at the park near sunset, it was Hot, I mean africa hot, thankfully I was behind the camera because I was literally melting.. however this gorgeous lady looked stunning the entire night, we eventually made our way down to the beach, and while it did offer a bit of relief from the heat it was still warmer then it had been.. that didnt stop these two love birds, they posed, and laughed, and snuggled as the waves kept crashing on the shore line one after another.

As an Annapolis Wedding Photographer I also cross my fingers and hope that when I meet my clients we will hot it off quickly and have a great time, and most times that is exactly what happens but with this couple, Im telling you it was like spending the evening with old friends. We were laughing, and joking, and trying all of the secrets to hide sweat, and the look of heat exhaustion, and from the look of the portraits all the tricks worked, because while these two felt hot that night, these portraits look hot… these two were on fire, and her smile… I tell ya, it was contagious, editing these images I couldnt help but be reminded of just how sweet these two were!
