Annapolis Family Photographer | Short Family
I have gotten the pleasure of photographing this family many times, and love to watch their family grow through my lens! This year we met up at one of Anne Arundel County’s beautiful parks, Kinder Farm just as the sun was setting to capture new memories of Fall and holidays, and sisters telling secrets, and family, and blessings. The girls ran around, collected sticks, and had a great time. When toddlers and small children are involved in portrait sessions in can often go one of two ways, either they love the camera and really dont want you to stop taking photos of just them, or they are just plain over it and not going to give you very many smiles, no matter how hard you try.. thankfully sweet Charlotte gave us a few gorgeous smiles…
I always love hearing the different things parents come up with, myself included when trying to get a child to laugh or smile… when there are boys they usually say silly things, or gross things to get them to smile, little girls generally puppies, or princesses.. but for Charlotte it was French Fries, that did the trick for that tiny girl and sure enough she wa willing to smile just a few more times for us, however, if truth be told, I sorta loved some of the faces she made when she was not smiling!
What a lovely evening was spent with such a wonderful family!!!
