Annapolis Family Photographer | Jordan Cake Smash

I met sweet Jordan and his family a few weeks back for his first birthday portrait sessions and a cake smash. He was a darling little guy, he warmed up quickly and was full of smiles! He did fabulous with this portrait session wearing a super cute little suit his mama brought for him! Once it was time for his cake smash he was all about it, and enjoyed using the icing like finger paint to draw with, maybe he will be an artist! Infact, Jordan enjoyed painting more then eating, and as most babies do we was not thrilled about cleaning off the icing, not even one bit.

I love photographing first birthday sessions, not only is it a great milestone to document, but 12 months is such a fun age with babies, they are moving around have their own opinion on most things, and generally are pretty happy. They smile so easily and still get a kick out of peek-a-boo, its truly such a sweet age… add in a cake, icing to paint with, and adorable outfits and it will quickly become a super sweet time!
