Wedding Portraits with Henry | Annapolis Wedding Photographer

I met this gorgeous family last year during Christmas Mini Sessions in the studio. Sweet Henry was much younger and had some of the sweetest baby chunk on him! I loved working with them and was so excited when Henry’s mama contacted me about photographing their Bridal Portraits. It was a terribly hot and humid night out, thanks to Maryland summers but from the looks of it, you would never know.

On any given day what takes my breath away when I am photographing my clients, is connection and emotion…. it’s creating works of art that encompass the feeling, the sensation, the raw true emotion in the moment. I had met this beautiful mama last Christmas when I photographed her sweet baby boy, he was the happiest chubby little guy… when she contacted me about wedding portraits I was overjoyed to capture these two together. I saw the way she looked at him when she held him, and the feelings that could easily be picked up on while I was photographing this portrait that very very warm night was content. She was so content with sweet Henry in her arms, when she would rest her face against his she looked complete, with her husband by her side and her son in her arms, it was beautiful… this is why I do what I do.. to capture this feeling, to give this mama a chance to see herself from the outside in, how beautiful she is, how incredible motherhood looks on her.. as a mom and a bride.. she is stunning!
