Meet Leo | Annapolis Newborn Photographer
I just recently showed you the beautiful images that were captured at Leo’s Fresh 48 session, and last week I got the incredible honor of photographing yet another gorgeous session for this lovely family. I first met them a few years back for the engagement session, Melissa was an SMP Bride…. now, if you’ve been around the SMP blog for any length of time you know how special all of my clients are to me, but SMP Brides hold a super special place in my heart, and I LOVE being able to follow them as their family grows and getting to see them add to their family. Melissa and Dino were one of those couples, I loved them, and their story and their gorgeous wedding with incredible greek traditions. Getting to know them, and walking around their college campus during their engagement session and hearing how they met is a session I will never forget. Whats even greater is that I have gotten to watch Melissa transition from a Bride to be, to the Bride, to a mama to be, to the mom, and then expecting her second, and now to the incredible mother of two beautiful boys, and I’ve photographed this journey all along the way. While I have loved serving this SMP Bride and her family as their photographer I have been so blessed by their friendship as well, they way we have gotten to know each other, the extended family, watching her children grow… THIS is why I love this, THIS is what makes this so rewarding… being invited in like family, and being a part of all of the grandest moments in their lives, seeing them become pretty incredible parents, getting so many thanks from grandparents, and family…. I am blessed!
Sweet Baby Leo was a dream for his session and his almost 2 year old brother is pretty obsessed with him. I felt like I was photographing his big brother Tino all over again, the dimples and the sweet baby chunk.. these boys are so handsome and so laid back! Take a peek for yourself!
