Meet Quin | Maryland Newborn Photographer

Sweet Quinn came into the studio about a week ago! She was about a month old, and wide eyed and bushy tailed, which I was ok with since she had such big beautiful eyes. We were able to capture some of her portraits with her eyes open and some while she was dreaming. She was so snuggly and loved being held by her mama! She was a bit older then many of the Newborn Babies who come into the studio but she did so well. I joked around with her mama about needing to find her an agent but I really think it may be true. When she was awake she would look up at me and blink ever so sweetly and just stare ready for her portraits. I think baby Quin was made for the camera! I loved chatting with her parents about all things first baby. How much they love just sitting and staring at their new baby girl, and all the wonderful things they have gotten to experience with her….. outside of a lack of sleep she was doing really well and sounds like a wonderful baby! I enjoyed hearing her birth story and about their favorite nurses that seemed to have really made the birth experience for these first time parents so much better. Nurses really do control the feel to your hospital stay and I love hearing that my clients were blessed with really good nurses and techs while they were in the hospital. Many of them wish the nurses would have taken the baby out to the nurses station for a few hours so they could sleep but thats just the hospitals way of throwing you right into the mix of things as a new parent with no sleep.
