Meet Merrick | Annapolis Newborn Photographer

This sweet little love bug was such a joy to have in the studio, she was snuggly and happy the whole time. We worked through lots of poses of just baby and then added mom and dad into some set ups and  ended up with an incredible gallery of images of this sweet baby girl! We had such a wonderful time chatting all things new parents, and soothing techniques, hospital stays and what it was like to deliver a baby near the end of the COVID pandemic. It’s been a wild year for sure but one thing that’s remained the same even through all the craziness is, there will always be new babies and there will always be happy moments we just have to look for them, and photographing this bundle of joy was certainty one of those happy moments. I have enjoyed hearing the stories of each family recently who all had very different experiences delivering during the age of Covid.

This sweet girl, was so easy to pose and wrap, and flashed a few newborn smiles here and there that were just priceless! I mean who can have a less then perfect day when its full of tiny but perfect little packages like this. I am so grateful to all of the families who trust their newborn memories with me, and I love getting to know their families, and document their journey of life! Congratulations R family, she is a complete doll, and I look forward to seeing you all again in the future!
