Do you ever have one of those days that just goes so perfectly well you almost need to pinch yourself? Thats how my day went with sweet Baby Isla for her 6 month session. Her mama brought her, along with her big brother who came to help out, and let me tell you…. I’m pretty sure I need to add him to payroll now, he was so helpful in getting his sister to look in my direction and smile, and all the other things he was able to do for us. Sometimes small kids just come and watch but her was literally like my assistant for the afternoon. Islas 6 month session went so perfect. As an Annapolis Family photographer I have the opportunity to photograph all different ages, and groups, and sometimes 6 months can be a bit tricky. Not this day, not this girl… she was all about her photos being taken and did such a fantastic job.

Isla is every bit of incredibly yummy chunk. She has rolls on rolls, and they are seriously the sweetest thing ever. Her chunky little cheeks made every image perfection. She was smiling, and drooling, and reminded me of a baby lizard the way she was rolling her tongue all around….. I guess when your teeth are starting to pop through everything feels pretty crazy.

I had a blast capturing her 6 month portraits, and dressing her all up in tutus and pearls, and lots of headbands… and she was just as happy the whole way through too, not a peep out of that sweet little miss!
