Oh my goodness what a fun family to photograph! I met this beautiful family a few years ago when we moved into our new neighborhood, they loved directly across from us. They had a little girl as did we, and became such great friends quickly!! We enjoyed a summers together with our girls playing at the playground, and in the pool, and in front yards with sprinklers running and tiny toes in the mud… so much laughter, little girl giggles are the best! We each went on to have another daughter, and then kate another baby.. a baby boy this time.. their family keeps growing and getting more and more beautiful as it does. Now she awaiting the arrival of their next baby and so we met up to capture some updated family portraits as well as a few maternity shots for Kate. Doesnt she look incredible? I bet if I hadn’t told you that you wouldn’t have even realized she was expecting!! I cannot wait to meet their newest little love, and photograph another baby for them! So many exciting things coming for their family, this year they moved into a beautiful new home with a great backyard, and now welcoming a new baby, its going to be an incredible year for sure!
Their session was at Kinder Farm Park in Millersville Maryland. While the late fall tends to take much of the foliage and color away from portrait sessions this park has the best sunset and my very favorite… these overgrown grasses that make up for the lack of color! And the park has come great farm animals that the kids can check out after our session!

These are adorable! My favorite is the one of dad holding the little boy upside down and the girls at his feet with their silly expressions. True shot of parenting right there and I love it!
