Annapolis Newborn Photographer | Meet Miles

I have gotten the chance to photograph this beautiful family on many different occasions, from their gorgeous waterfront outdoor wedding in Chestertown, to their daughters birthday portraits earlier this summer, and now to sweet baby Miles Newborn Portraits! Samantha, miles mama brought along some incredible hats for him to wear for his shoot including that darling lion hat, Yoda hat from star wars, and an elf hat. Baby miles was just as sweet as could be, accompanied by his big sister who is two years old and can sing just about every disney song there is … ( I learned that day)… she kissed him, and hugged him, and wanted to make him happy, you know the kind of happy 2 year old big sisters liek waking you up when you finally fall asleep and hugging you so tight your head almost falls off… sibling love! She did incredibly great though for sibling photos, she followed direction well and did so great… of course there may have been fruit snacks promised for afterwords!

I love my little brother,
He’s the apple of my eye,
But there’s one thing I don’t like
Is when my brother has a cry!

One day when we’re both older
I may need his shoulder…
To lean on when I cry
Or pick me up when I fall
But you’ll have to bend down little brother
‘cause I know you’ll be tall…

Taller than me but don’t you forget
I am your big sister and I’ll never let…
Any troubles come your way
‘cause I’ll protect you each day.
