Annapolis Family Photographer | Florey Gender Session

Last time I was pregnant, we were pregnant together Stephanie and I. Our babies are just a few days apart, it was fun to be pregnant along with a friend. Now two years later, Stephanie is expecting another sweet love, this time I wont be joining in on the fun with her! She told me a few weeks back that she was expecting and couldn’t wait to find out what they were having. Since they already have two girls and this is their last baby, they decided to have a bit of gender reveal during their portrait session. Stephanie was happy with knowing that she was growing a healthy baby, but she secretly, or not so secretly had her fingers crossed for a boy. Her older daughter had been telling her it was a boy all along. The night we had originally planned for the session had to be rescheduled when the ultrasound facility had overbooked their schedule and was not able to fit them in. They were able to get a session with Sweet Peek, the lovely place I had used when I was having my second daughter, and left from their with an envelope that had the babies gender inside of it.

I am actually thrilled that they changed the date, I’m sure it was hard on them waiting a bit longer, but we got a much nicer day for their session. The family had recently remodeled their entire house and wanted to use their beautiful front porch complete with wooden swing for their session. It was an incredible time and I am honored to have been there with them when they found out what baby number 3 will be! Congratulations Florey Family.. I cannot wait to come and photograph your fresh 48 session!
