You do not have to wait until your baby turns ONE to update their portraits. Milestone, and sitter sessions are a quick fun way to grab some new portraits, and capture each stage as they grow.

3, 6, 9, 12 Months, or even 18 and 24 months are great points to capture new portraits.

There have been so many baby bumps lately! I obviously love every second of it, more bumps me more beautiful babies…. and I get so excited to snuggle those sweet miracles shortly after they are born. As an Annapolis Family Photographer I not only get the chance to photograph family portraits with children in them, but sometimes the last set of portraits with just him and her, before they become mom and dad. I always remind them to enjoy this moment, its the last time there will just be the two of them in the photos. Their lives are about to completely change, and while its an incredible, amazing change… its still a big one, and savoring these last few weeks with just the two is so important!

This beautiful mama was a treat to work with, we planned her session to be near the water, and she arrived looking like a pregnant goddess. Seriously she makes pregnancy look way more glamours then I ever felt like it was while I was pregnant. The pregnant model agencies need to contact her, she looked stunning. We walked around talking all about baby preparations and how soon until that sweet baby is in her arms. I love the look on my clients face when we start talking about the new baby being there in their arms.

I am so excited for our next shoot together with baby in just a few short weeks. Congratulations to you both and thank you for allowing me to capture your journey as you wait on your new baby!
