You do not have to wait until your baby turns ONE to update their portraits. Milestone, and sitter sessions are a quick fun way to grab some new portraits, and capture each stage as they grow.

3, 6, 9, 12 Months, or even 18 and 24 months are great points to capture new portraits.

Wright Maternity Session | Annapolis Newborn Photographer

I recently met up with Linda and Kevin in downtown Annapolis Maryland for their maternity portrait session. I had chatted with Linda on the phone multiple times before our session, talking about wardrobe, and make up and weather. Our first session we had to reschedule due to some pretty severe storms that had moved into the area. Thankfully the day that we rescheduled to was much cooler, with a nice little breeze. Linda stepped out of the car and was just the most beautiful pregnant mama! She had a great smile, in fact both of them do! We chatted for a bit and then began walking around in hopes to get our session completed before the rain moved into the area. We talked about all things new baby, and getting ready, and career shifts after baby. I had a lovely evening with them, they are totally great couple!

I am so excited to meet this new baby!!! These two are so photogenic and are so easy to work with, I just know this sweet baby is going to be a dream! You will be surprised to know that Linda is only a few weeks from her due date… I know right… she looks amazing.
Congratulations to the two of you, best wishes on the arrival of your new baby! I cannot wait to get her into the studio for hew newborn portraits! Linda thinks she is going to have a full head of hair so I am getting super excited!
