There is something so special about being invited back to photograph a family as their story continues to grow. Getting to watch families grow, celebrate milestones, and welcome new little ones is one of my absolute favorite parts of being a photographer. And sweet baby Ella’s newborn session was no exception!
I’ve had the joy of photographing this family several times over the years, so getting to meet their newest addition felt extra special. In fact, when I walked into their home for their lifestyle newborn session, I had one of those moments that makes my heart so happy. My photographs were displayed all over their walls! Seeing images I had created for them become part of their everyday life was such a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.
Photographs aren’t just files sitting on a computer. They become part of your home, your memories, and the story your family tells for years to come. Getting to see that firsthand is something I will never take for granted.
And then there was baby Ella. Those tiny newborn details, the sweet snuggles, and the quiet moments at home made this session such a beautiful way to welcome her into the family.
