The P Family | Annapolis Family Photographer
A few weeks back I met the P Family for an outdoor portrait session in downtown Annapolis at State Circle for their extended family session. It was a lovely day out, the weather was mild and no coats were required so that is always a plus. This was my first time meeting their family and they were so warm and energetic. The group included grandparents, Adult children and grand kids, as well as each family’s fur babies!
We had a blast walking around the park working with each group and having a great time. There was so much laughter, and giggles, and really good family time. Each family had their portraits, as well as just the kiddos, and then siblings, and grandparents. It was a great day! We were even able to add the dogs into some shots, which, for a large family group isn’t always the easiest but they did a great job!
The P family was fun to work with, open to ideas and happy to walk all around the park. I love working with large family groups and updating portraits for families who may not always be together as much as they might like. My very favorite as Ive mentioned before is capturing grandchildren with their grandparents. My favorite in any group is always the oldest and the youngest together, and the special bond that they have, so capturing those portraits was very special to me as well! A great day was had by all, and I think they even ended their family day together with getting dinner with the whole group… such fun!
