I’m not gonna lie, this was a session I was waiting for a LONG time. I met this gorgeous couple a few years back for their engagement session and then a few years after that I shot a beautiful wedding that the two worked so hard to make it incredible. It was outdoor along the water and was in a vineyard… what could be better right? Well, as soon as they were married I of course began waiting to hear they were expecting so we could set up a maternity session. I pretty much do this after every wedding I shoot, the waiting game to hear when babies will come begins. Now, not every one of my SMP couples decides to start a family and that is totally fine too, they still all have incredibly beautiful weddings and I love meeting up with them for Anniversary sessions.. but the mama in me.. JUST LOVES BABIES!!! So, when I got the email from Ashlee that they were expecting I was literally in my office doing the happy dance. No really.. I was. So we planned out an inhome lifestyle session for Ashlee’s Maternity session which was perfect. They are lovers of World Traveling and baby Finn will know his way around an airport very quickly, this I am certain of.. so it only makes sense how they designed his nursery. I actually wanted to just live in that nursery, it was so peaceful and calm. These two were a blast to photograph, and looked incredible…… I mean, she is only weeks away from delivering and LOOK. AT. HER.

I am so blessed that this life through SMP has brought me to be able to meet some incredible people, and not only gain new clients, but incredible friends.
