Happy Birthday Drake | Annapolis Family Photographer

I have been photographing drakes family for quite some time now, since his oldest brother was first born. I have gotten to know this beautiful family, and love all the time I spend with them capturing new memories. Last time I photographed them it was in the Summer in Downtown Annapolis for Drakes 6 month session, this time we met in the SMP studio for his 12 month cake smash session. He is such a happy boy, much smaller but much more into his photos then both of his older brothers. His mama found the cutest little campfire set from Crate & Barrel and we loved adding it into his shoot.

As an Annapolis Family Photographer, I love that I get the opportunity to photograph my clients over and over again as their families change. Sometimes I see them every few months, others year after year but its always a treat to meet up and photograph the change since our last session. This session with Drake was no different. His mama told me that he really enjoys eating, what she didn’t tell me was that he is a very, very clean eater. He chose just one small piece of cake or icing then followed by another, somewhat bypassed the smashing part of his cake smash but still totally cute.
