You are going to love this cake smash session of sweet baby Brayden, with buffalo plaid lumber jack theme, and an adorable little guy! I have been photographing this beautiful family since before Brayden was even born, as an Annapolis Family photographer I love when I get to follow a family through the whole first year of their babies life, and then beyond. That is exactly what I got to do for Brayden and his family! After trying for a long time, Braydens parents were overjoyed when they found out they were having a healthy baby boy. I loved hearing their story when I met them for their maternity session and then seeing them at the hospital for his Fresh 48 after he was born. A few days later then came to the studio for his newborn portrait session and then every few months after that I have gotten to photograph him again.

It’s also always bittersweet when we get to the cake smash session, I won’t see them as often capturing new milestones every 3 months as they grow, now it turns into once or twice per year. For Braydens cake smash theme his mama chose lumberjack, and he fit the part just perfectly. It was his first experience with cake, and clearly as you can see from the photos he loved it. He was full of smiles the whole time licking all the sweet icing off of his fingers. As they say though all good things must come to and end and he quickly decided that he was done and then the tears came out…. but even that is super cute!
