Annapolis Maternity and  Newborn Photographer | Waiting on Baby J

It wasnt that long ago that I was photographing this beautiful couples Engagement sessions and then their gorgeous wedding. I loved being a part of such a special day for them, it was up until that point the most magical day of their lives, complete with lots of Disney highlights, even a rose under a glass just like Beauty and the Beast! So imagine my excitement when I received the email that they wanted me to photograph a new journey they were on, no longer just as Mr. & Mrs. but now on a journey to become mom & dad! I was even more excited when I saw it was a baby girl.. I mean we love boys here too, but as a girl mom I just get a teeny bit more giddy, mostly because I know all the girl things, pink is my life these days!

A few months back we met at Patapsco State Park to photograph a super fun Pregnancy announcement that included their black and white spotted dog, who I am sure is just as excited for the new 2 legged baby to be joining the house, and then last week we met on one of the first warm days of this year, actually it ended up being a perfect evening and we photographed these gorgeous sunset maternity portraits! We walked all around the park, … without a jacket for once which was a huge deal this year in Maryland, enjoyed the mild evening and photographed all the excitement that is waiting for this sweet girl to arrive. I look forward to hearing she has been born and photographing her newborn portraits!!
