A Beautiful Sunset Family Session with Generations of Love | Baltimore Family Photographer
There is something incredibly special about photographing an entire family together.
This beautiful sunset session brought together grandparents, children, grandchildren, and special friends to celebrate the people and relationships that make up a family. As a Baltimore Family Photographer, these are some of my favorite sessions to photograph because they are about so much more than simply getting everyone together for one picture.
They are about documenting a moment in time.
More Than Just a Family Photo
With multiple generations together, we made sure to capture a variety of combinations throughout the session. Of course, we photographed everyone together, but we also created space for grandparents with their grandchildren, individual family groups, siblings, and the special relationships that made this group unique.
There is something so meaningful about having those different combinations documented.
The little hands held by their grandparents. The laughter between siblings. The generations that have grown together and the new ones who are just beginning their stories.
Those are the photographs that become even more meaningful with time.
A Very Special Full-Circle Moment
This session was especially meaningful to me because one of the children in this family will be getting married next year and I will have the honor of photographing their wedding as well!
There is something incredibly special about being invited into a family’s story in this way. To photograph the family together now and then have the opportunity to document one of the biggest days in their lives next year is truly an honor.
I cannot wait to celebrate alongside them and capture the next chapter of their family’s story!
