Last weekend I shot my first Spring Wedding of the year, and I say spring lightly because as a Pasadena Maryland Wedding Photographer I have learned that you can not assume a season in Maryland will actual present as that season on any given day. It actually snowed the Day before Lorens wedding and then was very chilly and foggy that morning of her wedding and then the Sun broke through those clouds and it warmed up to 50 degrees crazy right?
The weather didnt matter though, these two have journeyed a long time to get them to their I do’s at the alter and I couldnt think of two people more in the love on that morning. They were surrounded by their friends, family, and two adorable children! Their ceremony was held outdoors over the Chesapeake bay and the ceremony was gorgeously presented by Wedding Officiant Loveta Wilen. She always does a fabulous job, and is so accommodating to photographers.
While the family stayed outside with me for formals, and bridal party portraits, the guests went inside for cocktail hour, where they were serving an amazing lobster bisque out of martini glasses, and a photo booth was set up where guest could not only have their photo strip printed out but emailed and sent as a text message to themselves as well! shortly after the new Mr. & Mrs. were introduced into the beautiful natural lit ballroom, and enjoyed their first dance!
Once dinner was served, the guests began to mingle and I watched loren spin her little girl around the dance floor, it was magical. I enjoyed spending my day with such a special family! You guys deserve a lifetime of happiness and I wish the best for you and your little family!
