Meet Jace | Annapolis Newborn Photographer

This sweet boys mama brought him into the studio just a few days after he was born, and my oh my what a delight he was… I mean clearly they are all such delights to have in the studio, I pretty much only do this for all the snuggles that I get.. these sweet babies are my life.. and I am so so honored that each and everyone of my clients have chosen me to document the very first moments, memories, smiles, yawns, and wrinkles of their fresh new scrunchy baby. When I am photographing them I like to think to myself… If I was their mama what things what I want to remember, what tiny little pieces of their 5-10 ish pound goodness would I want to hold onto the most.. and then begin shooting, I love photographing those little hands and toes, noses, and locks of hair.. the way they pull in their bottom lip, or hold their feet a certain way, the little things that quickly fade away but are oh- so incredible and make them even more unique. I then like to ask mom what things she loves the most… for every mama its something different and then usually ends with, really all of them is what I love, every little thing.

This little guy was cuddle and sweet and brought his great grandmother along for the shoot, of how special is that, to not only have a great grandmother but to bring her along on such fun activities with a new baby, also his aunt came along for the fun. I love wrapping him, and posing him and hearing the three gals in the background ( mom, great grandmother, and aunt) “ooooh” and “ahhh” over all his little yawns and poses and brow raises!
