Meet Bowen | Baltimore Newborn Photographer
A few years ago I had the opportunity to photograph another newborn session for their older son, he was such a sweet baby! I also photographed a cake smash and some family portraits with their older boy Jack! I was so excited to hear a new little love would be joining their family! I drove out to to their beautiful home to meet up with them and photograph a lifestyle in home session for them. We start with sweet Bowen, and then when dad and big brother came home we were bale to get some sibling shots as well as family shots outside. It was a gorgeous fall night outdoors and the sunset was perfect! Jack sure does love his little brother so much and enjoys holding him, and snuggling with him! I loved capturing the beginning of a beautiful relationship with these two!
Bowen was a happy little guy, who adored being swaddled and was so laid back perfect for a lifestyle session.
What is a lifestyle session? When I shoot Newborn sessions in my clients home they are lifestyle sessions. This means they are more laid back then a studio session, and involve much less posing, and props. Many times its my clients just doing life in their own surroundings. Including shots in the nursery, often times the master bedroom and then whatever area in your home receives the most natural light. It’s sometimes a great option when an older sibling that is still pretty young is involved. This helps them to feel more comfortable and in their own surroundings, and then offers them a place to go and relax when we move onto baby only shots!
