Maryland Family Photographer – Baltimore Cake Smash-
I got the chance to capture miss Anna again for her first birthday cake smash session, and let me just tell you, It was one of my favorites… Sometimes at cake smash session children aren’t quite sure what it is they should be doing with that cake, some children do not enjoy getting messy, or are too distracted by other things to event touch their cakes, I even had one little girl who cried when her cake was placed in front of her.. hey.. Its her party she can cry if she wants to right? the photos still turned out great just a bit teary! But, not sweet Anna, she dug right into that cake with two hands and barely even came up for air, she was handful after handful and it was so much fun to capture! As a Maryland family photographer I get the pleasure of creating lasting relationships with my clients and get to capture their families over and over again! I first met this family when I captured Anna’s Newborn session, she was so beautiful and peacefully slept through a good portion of her session, then we captured portraits of her and her big brother, and I even got a chance to meet up with them in Baltimore, Maryland in federal hill for their family portraits with grandparents this summer..
That is when we began chatting about the cake smash, and it just so happens that Anna and big brother jacobs birthdays are near enough that we could capture both of them at the one portrait session. As a Maryland Family Photographer we have some crazy weather patterns around here, and it was a bitter cold 24 degrees that day, but it wasnt a problem at all, we just set up inside and were able to capture the portrait session there!
