Lat month I had the lovely opportunity to photograph my brother in law and his family for their fall family portraits! My in laws came along as well to get some 3 generation photos, which is something I really love to photograph! What made the session even more excited was, not only was I getting to photograph my incredibly adorable nephew Kash, but the session was taking place on my mother in laws old family farm where she grew up on. Now, years ago her family sold it to a local farmer, however permission was obtained and we were able to hold our shoot there which made it super special, especially to bring your grandson to and create beautiful memories for him to have forever and ever!
I loved walking around with her as she told us old stories of the barns, and where she would run and play, and what wasn’t there years ago or what has been knocked down, or changed. Her face came alive as she told the old stories of tobacco barns, and farming equipment, and childhood memories. My nephew on the other hand was all giggles, all the time. He is a two year old boy so he mostly enjoys words about body functions and things not likely to make conversation at the dinner table if you know what I mean, but, those words would make him laugh almost instantly!
He is such a sweet little boy, that is full of adventure, and a pinch of mischief, and big ole scoop of sweetness and bar huge, and throw me in the air one more time squeals ! What a fun session it was, with family history, and new family memories all blended into one!

That’s so awesome and special that you could go back to the farm to take these photographs of the three generations! You take amazing family, newborn, maternity, and wedding photos! Is there anything you can’t photograph in Annapolis?? Because all of your work is gold!
