I cannot even tell you just how much I love having babies on the baby plan or “Watch Me Grow” Plan. Even If I am only photographing their Newborn Sessions and then again at their 6 month session I just love getting to see them again. I also always find it hard to believe just how quickly we go from the Newborn session to a milestone session or a family session. Once moment they are brand new just born and then the next, they are sitting up and clapping, and full of toothless, gummy smiles.

This sweet boy was no different. While it feels like he was just here for his Newborn session he was already back again for his 6 month session and oh my word what a treat it was to photograph him again. This sweet boy was nothing but smiles the whole time, he loved the camera! I met this family a few years back when I was photographing a family wedding in Baltimore, and since then as their family has grown I have been able to document each step of the way. This is so fun for me to not only watch a family grow, but to created captured memories for them, that they can share with their children one day! Of course I was so excited when Demitri’s mama decided to book a lifestyle portrait session for him 9 month photos, what fun that will be. I love shooting in the studio and outdoor portrait sessions, but, something about shooting in my clients own space, a little snapshot style slice of life for them to hold onto forever is such a joy !
