3, 6, 9, 12 Months, or even 18 and 24 months are great points to capture new portraits.

Dekari Came early, but Im pretty sure it was perfect timing. Being delivered at just 35 weeks his mama expected that he may need to be in the NICU for a bit at AAMC, however he did not and got to leave the hospital just a few days later. I loved meeting them and capturing his Fresh 48 session, to preserve the memories that are often lost in a heightened state of adrenaline and exhaustion, but these still quiet moments are the ones you will want to relive again and again, as your child grows theses are the memories of where it all started, where it all began. That tiny little room you called home for a few days, those first snuggles, and feedings, diapers, and checks by pediatrician… the way that baby snuggled up under your chin, and breathed every so softly.
