I love everything about my job, having been a nurse before I had my daughter I was convinced that was my dream job, and I certainly did love it… however, the special connection I get to create with my clients, being there for some of the most cherished moments in their lives, the laughs, the tears, the joys, the emotion. I am so incredibly blessed to even call this my job, but it is and its amazing! One of the things I really enjoy outside of capturing my clients beautiful families, is Business, marketing, and the like. I could go on and on all day about marketing research, small business start- up, and building relationships with your clients. These are things that intrigue me, and I love sharing the knowledge I have learned with others, to help them succeed as well! I not only enjoy sharing the things I know and love about photography but it makes me excited to meet up with other photographers and help them get started!
I have had a few mentoring sessions with Brittany who is also a photographer about to debut her services, and plans to focus and specialize in Senior photography and Birth Sessions. We have worked on editing, marketing, contract, insurance, and so much more.

Most recently we met up for a Senior Mentoring Session, we had a gorgeous model, a perfect night, and in the end a completely fabulous time shooting together, as I helped her work on posing, one on one with client, and lighting.
In between betting up shots, I grabbed a few of my own… beautiful right?
