Annapolis Wedding Photographer | Brent and Laura

   Just last month the SMP team traveled to Eastern Yacht Club which is located in Essex, Maryland to capture the wedding of Laura and Brent. I met Laura through a mutual friend a little over a year ago and since then have become great friends with her and Brent, and so you can imagine how excited I was for this wedding, not only to photograph it but to watch two incredible people promise a life together with each other. Upon arrival we found the girls in the bridal suite getting the last of their hair and make up done. While we began to capture the bride’s details the bridesmaids got ready to help Laura into her dress. Laura’s dress was beautiful and she looked absolutely stunning in it! Once everyone was ready we took Laura and Brent outside for their first look. It was magical, just as I expected, Laura just couldnt wait to see Brent, and even said at one point.. ” Ok I need to see him now” !  This couple was just adorable and so fun to capture.

     The ceremony was held outside facing the water. The family and bridal party made their way down the aisle and took their places for the ceremony. Laura was brought down the aisle and given to her groom, Brent. The shared their vows, exchanged rings and had their first kiss as husband and wife! After the reception we took the family and bridal party by the water to capture the formal bridal party and family shots. Then the bride and groom were announced into their reception, held inside the yacht club, and the party was off! This couple wined and dined and danced the night away with friends and family. Capturing Laura and Brent was a joy and we wish them the best!
