Annapolis Newborn Photographer | Meet Austin

I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I was to photograph this tiny little guys Newborn Session. I photographed his mama and daddy’s wedding just about a year and a half ago. They had a gorgeous outdoor wedding that fused both their Maryland and Texas hometowns together, with food inspired from both places, traditions, decorations, and the like all created a fabulous setting of the Maryland girl turned Texan to follow her heart. That sweet couple has moved back to Maryland, and while it feels just like home to that beautiful bride, its much too cold for a Texan used to the warmer temps!

But with them, they brought back a darling little guy affectionately named “Austin”! Could that name be any more perfect? I think not. When I got the text message saying they were headed to the hospital I eagerly awaited the good news, and when it finally came I was so excited, and I know his mama was too! Sometimes 9 months just feels like an incredibly long time, and while its entirely worth it, its nice to be done!

This little guy was wonderful for his newborn session, and after quite a bit of milk he settled in just right and slept right through the rest of the afternoon. We got some gorgeous mommy & me portraits, as well as family shots and then added in some props that his parents brought along. As an Annapolis Newborn Photographer I don’t always get the chance to photograph cowboy inspired portraits so I was having too much fun with this little guys cowboy hat and boots set that his mama brought along for his session.
