It’s a Brand New Year…. We are so excited for all the beautiful families that 2018 will bring to us. The babies, the weddings, the memories…..

To start of the year though, we want to show our appreciation for those who help us and keep us safe. Around SMP we know all to well what it can be like for a family who has a hero who wears a uniform. While it comes with great pride, and adoration…. it also comes much sacrifice. Not always being present, emotional, mental and physical effects, the unknown… sometimes, unless you come from a family where someone is in the line of duty or service you may not always understand these things, and that is ok… just remember to give those families a bit extra grace, and support. Family members who may be deployed, a parent doing it all on their own, mothers and fathers who leave at a moments notice, children hearing bedtime stories via facetime, or recordings. Being so incredibly proud while all the while, knowing danger is such a real possibility.

At SMP we have decided to show our immense gratitude and support by offering FOUR days of police, fire, and military appreciation. That means that on January 13th, 15th, 23rd, and 25th we are opening up the SMP studio to those families to receive a studio mini session for $100 (Regularly $400). Some Restrictions may apply.

At SMP we are passionate about capturing emotion, moments, and memories… not just portraits. We want you to be able to pull these beautiful photos out many years from now and feel the emotion all over again. To hear the children giggles, to remember the tears, and cherish the moment. We also believe that its important to children to have photos with them parents. For the parents who put on a uniform, regardless if your child is 2 or 42, they are proud of you, you are their hero.. and having you in a photo with them is important. As our way of saying thank you, we want to capture those moments for you! So bring out your children, your sister, you grandparents… pull out the uniform and come on out to the studio, I know you won’t regret it. What you may regret is waiting too long to schedule. With more then 50% of my client base being either Police, Fire, or Military… these days will fill up fast.
